Eimer Design created this 3-unit residential building with ground floor retail in Philadelphia’s trendy Passyunk Avenue neighborhood. – Taking its cues from the strong masonry clad neighborhood, this corner property uses modern glazing proportions to create a contemporary image using familiar materials. The gray brick facade is intentionally striking and provides a perfect backdrop for future restaurant signage.
