The Latham

Pearl Properties engaged Eimer Design to convert the Latham Hotel into “micro unit” apartments designed to attract young professionals to the attractive Rittenhouse Square area in Philadelphia.

Warm and contemporary colors, textures and styling are used throughout the project.  A mix of polished white laminates and luxury marble surfaces are accented with warm, light toned wood cabinetry in the new kitchens designed for each unit.   

The aesthetic extends to all new corridors and lobby.
