New life for a historic building.

Pearl Properties selected Eimer Design to redevelop the historic 1901 Chestnut Street building into the first urban Target in Philadelphia.  Working closely with the Pearl team and Philadelphia’s Historic Commission, Eimer Design created a stylish and subtle façade adaptation.

The project included rehabilitating original stone façade elements and existing windows while adding new storefronts and sign bands that effortlessly integrated with the original architecture.
