Sbraga & Co.

Eimer Design’s 4^th collaboration with Top Chef alum Kevin Sbraga was designing a contemporary Southern-inspired restaurant in the heart of Jacksonville, Florida.

Jacksonville is at the crossroads of Interstates 95 and 10 which connects to the East Coast and Gulf Coast including New Orleans.  Sbraga & Co. drew from these regional influences to inspire the cuisine and aesthetics.  The design uses a combination of small scale element like molding. Lighting, metal mesh and pie plates to create a sense of “home”.  Jacksonville’s rich history with the US Navy and early silent film production is also celebrated in the details.

The final combination of traditional, contemporary and welcoming are a reflection of Jacksonville itself.
