Kensington Collective Food Hall and Incubator

Transforming a 1930’s roller rink and movie theater into a vibrant community asset.  The design includes 7 local food vendors, a central bar, cooking demo/instruction space, a community room, fresh foods market and a rotating local goods marketplace.
