Top Chef Season 7 winner Chef Kevin Sbraga selected Eimer Design to create his 3rd restaurant in Philadelphia.
The casual, high-concept design featured an open kitchen and wood burning hearth as the centerpiece. The layout featured multiple seating zones including booths, semi-private banqueted, two-tops and private dining. An active corner lounge engages one of Philadelphia’s busiest intersections and is used for casual dining and live musical performances.
A 30 seat bar was elevated to be featured proximately and function as a late-night option for limited kitchen menu offerings and well-crafted gin cocktails.
