ITV Restaurant

Eimer Design was selected by Top Chef winner Cheft Nick Elmi to design a stylized multi-function bar adjacent to his first restaurant, Laurel. – The concept was to create a pre-dinner bar area for the adjacent 22 seat restaurant, and to stylize it as a dark and moody spot that the restaurant insiders would visit after work. The result was ITV, an intimate and personal, brass and walnut space that serves strong cocktails and an inspired small plate menu. – The hidden gem of the space is the rear velvet banquette, curved to fit in a tiny elevated space.
