The global real estate investment company Grosvenor Wealth Management selected Eimer Design to create a new corporate workplace design strategy and image for their North American Headquarters in Philadelphia.

The design integrates cutting-edge technologies with contemporary finishes, details and lighting in an open-plan workspace concept.  All offices have collapsible glass walls to facilitate a fully-open work environment.  A stylized employee lounge area is both a café and workspace.

The highlight of the project is a reclaimed custom wood ceiling that seamlessly integrates LED lighting, sprinklers and ductwork diffusers to create a textured and patterned sky in the space.
