Crave Food Hall | Purdue University

The first food hall in Indiana.

Eimer Design worked closely with Colicchio Consulting and the development team at Balfour Beatty to create a dynamic food hall on the ground floor of the new Aspire student apartment building at Purdue University.

The layout includes 8 food vendors and the “Boilermaker Bar” offering students a variety of offerings including shawarma, Nashville hot chicken, burgers and Italian coffees.
