Marble City Market Food Hall | Knoxville, TN

This 14,500 square food food hall is the anchor retail activation in a new 101 unit downtown Knoxville condominium building.

The layout features 11 food vendors with a 44 seat central bar.  The bar area will feature a live entertainment stage with projection capabilities to watch all of UT’s games.  The bar and entertainment area has been placed in the primary retail corner of the space which allows it to fully embrace the side street and its 24 foot hardscaped outdoor dining zone.  The layout incorporates 310 indoor seats and 240 outdoor seats designed to take advantage of the Tennessee mountain’s cool climates.

The design strategy intentionally breaks from Knoxville’s traditional exposed brick and distressed wood styling featured in most establishments.  Light, bright tones and woods fill the space.  Screen walls create dining clusters without full enclosures.  A deep toned tile accent wall unifies the space.

This project is scheduled to open in 2021.
