Eimer Design completes schematic design for new fast casual concept in Dallas

After a national search, Mike Terry Enterprises selected Eimer Design to create a new fast casual / full service restaurant prototype.  The challenge of this concept was to create a prototype that blends specific attributes of fresh casual, fast casual and full-service restaurant models and then stylize it for a new urban marketplace.  Schematic design is complete and the new 6,000 square foot concept is being rolled out in Dallas, Houston and Austin.
