West End Yards Food Hall Update

The schematic design phase for the new food hall planned for the new West End Yards mixed-use development has been completed.  This 7,000 square foot 7 vendor hall will be the social space anchor for this exciting development that will feature 250 residential units, 20,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space.  The location sits neatly between Interstate 95 and the historic downtown in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

The design will feature nautical elements and colors highlighting Portsmouth’s connection with the fishing industries in and around this beautiful area…..and of course a central oyster bar.
