When Grasso Holdings selected Eimer Design to transform the identity of their downtown Philadelphia office building, the challenge was not just renovating it, but to reposition it as a boutique tower. – Eimer Design’s concept was to rework the linear, balanced approach to create a more dynamic and interesting layering of events through the arrival experience. A custom designed living wall, security desk and electronic tenant directory surround greet guests at the new entrance rotunda. – Natural walnut paneling with a backlit metal screen envelops a waiting area, and an edge lit wood ceiling element leads visitors to the elevators. A rotating art exhibit accents the boutique sense of space.
