Upcoming Food Halls

This 13,000 sf space is the primary retail activation in the newly opened 141 unit Iron Pier Apartments complex.

The design redevelops the space for 11 food vendors and 1 wine and cocktail bar.  The food hall has been designed openly engage a 3,500 square foot on-site brewing component with 40-seat bar.  The brewing area features a “Brewseum” dedicated to the rich, storied history of Syracuse’s craft brewing heritage.  The Brewseum is being developed in collaboration with the local Historical Society.

The design direction draws inspiration from the turn-of-the-century vacation lodges that surrounded Lake Onondonga.  Warm woods styled to reference wood railings and boat hulls are accented with heritage wallcovering patterns, Broadway lights and warm evergreen tones to create a warm, welcoming and nostalgic atmosphere.

This project is scheduled to open in 2021.
