Chop House Grille

The PJW Restaurant Group chose Eimer Design to develop their new concept, The Chop House Grille.

The design is inspired by the styling and culture of central California’s wine regions.  A large central bar anchors a large room of warm wood tones and stylish lighting.  An open kitchen provides a theatrical element to the space which includes a 60 seat private dining room that features a walk-in wine room.

An outdoor bar that opens to outdoor seating and a fire pit provides a more casual experince.
