Residential

This luxury residence project sits on a tiny parcel of property at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge.  The design maximizes the properties potential, creating 12 residences with balconies and exceptional views of the Philadelphia skyline.

To increase residential areas, the design utilizes a single elevator and scissor stair which minimized building core functions.  By placing these elements in the center of the South wall facing the bridge, it created unobstructed views for each unit to the West, North and East.  Balconies create enhanced indoor/outdoor areas for each unit.

Façade designs are inspired by local brick warehouses and the bridge’s steel structure.
