1700 Chestnut

Pearl Properties engaged Eimer Design to renovate 6 floors of abandoned space above two retail condominiums at the intersection of 17^th and Chestnut Streets in center city Philadelphia.

The unique design includes a 3 story open stair with a 30’ high custom light fixture that links the various floor levels of adjacent buildings.  The stair leads to a 3^rd floor amenities space that includes a library, family style kitchen, strength training, yoga room, movie theater and billiards parlor.

The design aesthetic was created to capture the “urban savvy” clientele looking to live near fashionable Rittenhouse Square.
