Eimer Design was well represented in this year’s awards with 3 projects making the finalist stage. Tatel Restaurant Philadelphia was a finalist for best lease. This project will transform the historic interior of the Boyd Theater into a 12,500 square foot fine dining restaurant for the Tatel Restaurant Group based in Madrid, Spain

Eimer Design assisted the property owner, Pearl Properties, obtain all historic approvals and renovate the core and shell. Eimer Design is also leading the US design team as design collaborator and architect of record.
