Solaire Social Food Hall | Silver Spring. MD

This 13,000 sf 13 vendor food hall will be the cornerstone retail activation in a new 21 story, 440 unit residential building currently under construction.

Interior design builds on Silver Spring’s industrial past.  Borrowing inspiration from the automotive repair shop that once occupied the site, the design integrates an eclectic mix of graphics, chrome and industrial lighting to create the feel that your in a recaptured auto repair shop.  A 40 seat bar an live entertainment stage fill the space with energy and sound.

This project is scheduled to open in 2022.
