This 1,000 square foot, 46 seat restaurant is the second location for Top Chef Season 7 winner, Kevin Sbraga. The concept was to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for Kevin’s southern-inspired menu. Eimer Design re-purposed many of the existing elements including sanding and staining existing wood walls to represent weathered bars of the South. Oil-rubbed hemlock was chosen for the new bar and tables to add warmth and texture. Controlled mis-matched seating and lighting further reinforce a casual and comfortable aesthetic.
