Philadelphia chef, Josh Lawler,selected Eimer to expand and adapt his BYOB concept in South Jersey. The adapted concept combines fine dining, tavern and fresh food marketplace into one European-inspired space. The design strategically opened walls to visually connect all three spaces, offering customers unique views through the layers of spaces. The most dominant feature of the design is a U-shaped bar that wraps and extends through the market to become a bread and service counter.
