Originally conceptualized as a stick-built residential infill project; this 7-unit residential condominium project dramatically changed when the development company committed to modular construction. Our design team was hired to adapt the design, coordinate the various professional engineers, finalize all material selections, detailing and manage the on-site construction.

We led the team through the demanding coordination process at all stages from design modifications through documentation and final construction. The final result is a finely crafted group of modern townhomes that offer a sustainable living environment infused with natural light and air.
