The new owners of this five-building, 1980s-era, suburban Philadelphia office complex selected Eimer Design to develop new designs to set it apart from its surrounding competitors.
The concepts that emerged are based around tones of warm grays and whites with textured, dark accents inspired by natural materials. The final result is a design that brings textured flooring patterns offset by porcelain tiles at floor and clean, contemporary ceiling assemblies with LED lighting. General wall surfaces are purposefully subdued to highlight the rich wood accents in ebony and whitewash at elevators and stair railings. The final result is a dramatically different effect than is found in most suburban office buildings.
